Mandatory Skills: Candidates should be from Aero/Life science domain only, LMS admin(mandatory) and corner stone(preferred). Need candidates who can join in Jan only.

 

Minimum Required Qualifications:

 

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Quality Management or equivalent

 

 

Experience:

LMS Administrator experience in Life Sciences / Aero industry in the below mentioned tools.

 

 

Tools of interest:

CornerStone

 

 

Participates in the efficient operation and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), performing

Regular system checks, updates, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal functionality.

 

Administers the assigned Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance training sessions, ensuring all

Relevant employees complete their training within the stipulated timeframes.

 

Collaborates with local Business Process Owners and Content Owners to accurately configure and assign training

Requirements, ensuring alignment with learning needs and regulatory standards.

 

Generates detailed reports on training compliance and key performance indicators (KPIs), analysing data to track

Training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

 

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of LMS features and compliance training best practices, applying this knowledge

To optimize training assignments and system configurations effectively.

 

Requirement is to support the customer global operations 24x7 as LMS Administrators by

working in shifts (including Saturdays and Sundays, 5 days a week)

 

Job responsibilities:

 

•Supports compliance training assignments within the Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring that all

mandator training is accurately assigned and tracked to meet regulatory requirements.

•Creates and maintains standardized roles and curricula for compliance training programs, ensuring consistency and

alignment with learning policies and objectives.

Works under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and adhere

To learning policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance

 

Provides comprehensive support for learner and manager requests, addressing issues related to training

Assignments, access issues, progress tracking, and record updates promptly and accurately.

 

Develops professional expertise and applies comprehensive knowledge of company products and services

To effectively address challenges and opportunities
